Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time of your appointment. If you are running late your appointment may be shortened so the next guest's treatment is not disrupted.
So you can relax and enjoy your time with us at Radiance, please turn your mobile phone off, or onto silent when you arrive. We also ask that you respect other guests relaxation needs while in the Spa and speak softly to not disrupt quiet treatments.
If you wish to amend or cancel your appointment please inform us at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise cancellation fees may apply. You can edit, update and cancel your bookings online. Alternatively please leave a phone message (03 445 8444) or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Gift vouchers are available for all our treatments and can be made out for a monetary value. Our beautiful gift vouchers can be purchased for that special someone at the Day Spa, or online following this link - this can be emailed directly to the recipient or to yourself to gift.
We can send products or vouchers to anywhere in New Zealand, please phone or email the Day Spa to arrange this. Standard fees apply.
